Family friendly children’s discount in WINTER
Child reduction in an extra bed:
- up to 4 years: € 6.00
- up to 15 years: 50% reduction

Parking
Free car park right next to the hotel.
Parking spaces in the garage can be hired.

No-smoking policy
The well being of all guests, our breakfast room is a non-smoking dining room. We would like to point out that our rooms and apartments are non-smoking areas. You are free to smoke on the balcony.
Pets
If previously arranged, you can bring your pet with you.

Please note, however, that pets are not permitted in the breakfast room.
Check in / Check out
In winter, your room will be ready around 2 p.m.
You will need to inform us in advance if you intend to arrive after 8 p.m.

Confirmation of reservation / Down payment
To confirm your reservation, we ask for a down payment of € 100.00 per person or € 200.00 per apartment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, credit card number and expiration date required) or by bank transfer.

No show
For no show or cancellation, up to three months before arrival, the down payment will be used as a cancellation fee. If cancellation is within four weeks before arrival, there is a general 90% charge of the total cost. It is possible to take out a trip cancellation insurance.
In the case of you arriving late or leaving before your scheduled departure, the full amount will be charged.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance
We recommend that the client take out a private trip cancellation insurance at the end of the reservation process. It covers all cancellation costs in case of accident, illness or death of the policy holder and his family members before the start of the holiday and during the stay.
